A fire that closed Fleur de Lys for nearly a year actually sparked a rebirth. Hubert Keller and Maurice Rouas came back stronger than ever. . For inspiration, Keller is reaching back to his Alsatian roots and creating food that's innovative and sublime. The a la carte selections have also been scrapped in favor of a fixed-price menu with plenty of choices in each category.
