Long before sashimi was a craze, and there was a sushi bar on every corner, Steve Fujii was serving up some of the best fish in the Bay Area. Now, 21 years later, he's still rewarded with lines out the door and waits of up to an hour. The prime spot in this modest restaurant is at the bar, where diners can talk to the sushi chef to find out what's best that night.
